Villa Scannagallo

Scannagallo is an ancient villa in the Valdichiana valley of Tuscany , very near to the major cities of art: Siena , Florence , Perugiia, Cortona and Assisi . The villa is surrounded by a park of olive-trees in which there is the swimming pool. This country house is situated on a hill that is covered by olive-trees and it is right next to Marciano della Chiana, a town that thanks to its castle and tower dominates the valley. Until few years ago the villa represented the heart of a wide farm, then, a recent and accurate restoration turned it into a comfortable holiday house, divided into six apartments. Villa Scannagallo is surrounded by a park where the many green wide spaces are furnished with garden pieces of furniture. The swimming pool of the park is among the flourishing foliage of the olive-trees and it is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds. The furniture of the apartments, which is comfortable, is high in quality and style.
